These Terms of Service govern your use of nj.kitchen and the request features offered on it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account or submit a request through this site.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. What this website is

This site is a design and product catalogue with request features. Browsing the catalogue, saving a selection, or submitting a request does not create a contract of sale and does not reserve inventory.

5. Products, availability, and pricing

Product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability are provided by us and by our suppliers and may change without notice. Colours and finishes shown on a screen are representations and can differ from the physical product; we recommend reviewing a physical sample before making a final selection. Availability and lead times are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Where prices are not shown on the site, pricing is provided in response to a request. Any price, quantity, or specification shown on the site may contain errors and does not bind us; if we discover an error affecting your request, we will tell you before proceeding.

6. Selections, quotes, and estimates

Adding products to your selection and submitting it sends us a request. It is an invitation for us to prepare a quote or estimate — not an order, and not an acceptance by us. Nothing is confirmed until we provide a written estimate, invoice, order confirmation, or agreement, and you accept it.

Quotes and estimates are valid only for the period stated on them, apply to the scope and quantities stated, and are subject to change if that scope, the measurements, or supplier pricing or availability changes.

7. Payment

This website does not process payments. No card, bank, or other payment details are collected through this site, and submitting a selection does not charge you anything. Accepted payment methods, deposits, schedules, taxes, delivery or pickup charges, and any other financial terms are set out in the applicable estimate, invoice, order, or written agreement between you and NJ Kitchen, and those documents govern.

8. Changes, cancellations, and returns

Because a request submitted through this site is not yet an order, you may change or withdraw it at any time before it is accepted by contacting us. Once an estimate, invoice, order, or written agreement is in place, any change, cancellation, return, or restocking terms are governed by that document and by the terms of the relevant manufacturer or supplier. Custom, made-to-order, and cut or modified items are typically non-returnable.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its content — text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and software — are owned by NJ Kitchen or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Product images, names, and specifications may be the property of the respective manufacturers. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

10. Content you submit

When you upload photos or submit project details, messages, or other content, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, and use that content as needed to respond to you and provide our services — for example, to prepare your design, quote, or estimate. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or any law. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the site or its infrastructure;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data;
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or copy content or product data; or
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.

12. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party websites and includes features supplied by third parties, such as our embedded contact form, appointment booking, and chat. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content, availability, or lead times shown on it are accurate or current. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NJ Kitchen and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your place of residence must apply. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website; any estimate, invoice, order, or written agreement covering a specific project governs that project.
